Immediate reservation of your room.  Prices studied for families or groups, free for children, which makes it a cheap room.

Reservation procedure :
Your online reservation is validated immediately as soon as the payment of 50% of the amount of your reservation is accepted.
Your reservation by phone or mail will be validated upon receipt of your reservation contract which will be sent to you by mail or postal mail. The validation of your reservation will be effective upon return of your contract accompanied by your check. The latter will be cashed on the day of your arrival.

Conditions of cancellation :
More than 11 days before the date of your stay we will proceed to the total refund of your reservation. (except for Mondial du Lion d'Angers)
Because of cancellation due to government restrictions related to Covid-19,
- Between 2 and 10 days, a credit note will be issued and the amount paid at the time of reservation will be retained for your next stay (the rental rate will remain the same for the 12 months). If you do not accept the credit note, 25% of the amount of your reservation will be retained on your refund.
- Under 48 hours before your arrival date, we will not proceed to any refund.

Tourist tax :
The tourist tax for people over 18 years old is 0.50 € per night and per person.

Small meals or picnics to take away :
Following the request of many cyclists, we offer home-made meals with mostly organic products and often from the garden.
New ! We propose "picnic" baskets to take away and stage evening for the workers during the week.
Please reserve your meals a few days before your arrival and at the latest 2 days before!
Entrance and departure from your room:
You can arrive in our rooms between 6 and 7:30 pm and leave them before 11 am. Upon request and acceptance of the owners, we can deviate from these times.
The price of your accommodation in the guest rooms of Haut Anjou is per night including breakfast. Prices studied "not expensive" in our rooms of hosts for family of 4 people or more.
The night is free for children under 2 years old.
Possibility to put an extra bed 140X90 for 1 person. Free Wifi connection and secure parking.
